We have developed our own recruitment process to maximise our efficiency, however this process can be adapted at each stage to match the methods of your company.
Stage 1 - Vacancy information gathering
We spend time gathering vacancy information so we can get the most suitable candidates for you. Often this simply involves discussing the job description with the employer and, if appropriate, engaging in face-to-face contact to generate a detailed understanding of the staffing requirement. The outcome of the vacancy information gathering stage is a 'vacancy criteria checklist' and personal knowledge of our clients culture and staffing needs.
Stage 2 - Job description and personal profile compilation
If not already supplied, after gathering information on the vacancy, if required we can put together an appealing job description for candidates and prepare profiling metrics to get the right applicants for you.
Stage 3 - Candidate selection through our database
After completing the first two stages, we will firstly reference the PDS database to see if we have potential candidates already on our files.
Stage 4 - Candidate selection through advertising
If there is still a requirement to find potential candidates, we will implement an advertising strategy using a variety of media including newspapers, trade and sector specific magazines, local radio and internet based job boards to find the best candidates.
Stage 5 - Candidate submission
Based on the vacancy criteria list and the job description we will provide a shortlist of the most suitable candidates for you to choose from for further interviews.
