PDS specialise in the provision of temporary and permanent social care staff throughout the South West and West Midlands.

We supply specialised social care workers to a wide range of local private and voluntary organisations and larger regional and national companies, undertaking roles including support work with adults and children with learning and physical disabilities, caring for older people, youth project work, homeless and housing support, learning support and nursery work.

Our staff have the opportunity to choose between working as and when they're available, long term temporary contracts or permanent posts.
